Pets

Pet must be approved prior to booking. All sites have this in the house rules. There are rules in place for pets as well as maximums.  There re limits on the types of pets allowed. Contact us before booking. If you have not please do so ASAP. 

The limits on renters having pets is because HOA's do not allow renters to have bring them. The reasons for that are not picking up behind them on the grounds, excess mess for housekeepers, but mostly dogs left alone to howl/bark all day. No matter who you rent from within this community the guest can be asked to leave. What we need to keep this option open is all of us working together. If your pet will disturb others it is not ready for travelling. Please consider that prior to doing so. 

I have a dog and I travel. My own dog has to stay with me due to his noise. I'm one of you. 

There may be a nominal deposit required. This would NOT be a fee, it is a deposit. Even if no deposit is required there can be extra cost incurred for extra maid service, HOA fines, or of course damage.
